Sample Lesson:

In this video we are going to target the trachea. This will cause asphyxiation and probable death. Striking the trachea will cause a somatic reflex that will open the groin up for the next strike. If you collapse the wind pipe and then strike the groin to cause vomiting, the lungs will fill with fluid and your attacker will die. This is no joke. You will only use this method if your life or someone else’s life is in imminent peril.

Head lock defense.  Use your finger to press against the attackers philtrum (under nose and above lip) while simultaneously picking up his leg or driving knee into back of attacker knee (popliteal nerve).  Depending on what happens from there you would keep attacking targets until the threat is over.  In this particular scenario, the attacker kept a hold of the head lock after we went to the ground.  So I would grind my ulna bone (forearm) into his mandible and mental nerve to cause pain for him to let go.  After he let’s go I kneed him in the spine to cause damage and possible loss of leg movement and then added a forearm strike to his mastoid process (behind the ear) and then took an arm bar for the elbow break.  Coach David Alexander (Self Defense Expert)

Target = Knee.  Kick your attackers knee to hyper extend it or break it in half.  Follow up with a takedown and foot stomp.  High kicks, spin kicks and any other fancy “Hollywood” style kick is useless in a real fight.  You need to cause major damage and then follow up quickly with another strike or an escape (if possible).  I will be working on a DVD soon.  Check http://www.StreetFightBootcamp.com for more.  Coach David Alexander (Self Defense Expert)

Learn to Fight, Eat Meat and Lift Heavy $h!t!

Have you noticed that the American Male is being Wussified?  He has been told from birth; not to hit back, not to curse, don’t eat meat, eat whole grains and soy instead, don’t lift weights because it’s bad for your knees, you need to manscape and what’s with metro’s and hipsters?  What can you add to the list?

I’m going to tell you about three things that you can do to reclaim your manhood.  This is Man Training 101 or the Man Training Fast Track!

Forget “Goals”, I’m sick of hearing about making goals setting goals, writing down goals to make goals “my goal is to make a new goal, and write it down”.  How many of us have actually written down a goal and achieved it?  Most people might have written down a bunch of goals, but that is as far as they got.  GOALS WITHOUT ACTION ARE MEANINGLESS!  We are going to skip the goals, and pick just 3 things (Learn to Fight, Eat Meat and Lift Heavy $h!t) and take action.  That’s it.  End of lesson…

I have just written your goals for you.  Learn to Fight, Eat Meat and Lift Heavy $h!t!  That’s it.  If you want to build self confidence, empower yourself and re-claim your manhood, then do those three things:

Learn to Fight:  When you know how to “Kick Ass” and can defend yourself, your friends and your family, you will have built confidence and started down the road to de-wussification.  I’m not talking how to shoot a gun better, but actually learning how to fight with your brains and hands.  Obviously avoiding a fight would be best, but you need to know what to do when the SHTF and you have no other choice than to take action.  I cannot think of anything else in life that has given me more confidence than learning how to fight and to defend myself and others.  This is the #1 lesson of the Man Training Fast Track.  How to do this?  Find a local Krav Maga, Combatives, MMA, BJJ or Self Defense Class (not typical martial arts) in your area or book me to come and give you a private lesson or seminar.  Learn more at StreetFightBootcamp.com, 1LessonSelfDefense.com, FreeMMASchool.com or RapeProof.com.

Eat Meat:  In order to build muscle and lose weight, you need to eat a lot of red meat and saturated fat.  Forget about all the lies being told about read meat and cancer or high cholesterol.  We would not have been able to evolve for hundreds of thousands of years if it weren’t for eating red meat.  So cut nearly all the sissy garbage food such as whole grains, pasta, sugar, sugary drinks, soda’s, cakes & cookies and eat Meat, vegetables, nuts, seeds & a little fruit just like our ancestors before us.  If they could survive and eventually thrive on this diet, so can we.  Do not De-volve!  Learn more at DavidsDiet.com

Lift Heavy $h!t:  In order to lean out and build slabs of functional muscle, you need to “Lift Heavy $h!t”!  And I’m not talking about bicep curls, tricep kickbacks or joint destroying machines.  The best way to build strong, functional muscle is in the lifts that men (and women) have used for centuries to get stronger.  What I’m talking about is the big three lifts; Squats, Deadlifts and Presses (all with a barbell, not a machine or dumbbells).  Start light and increase the weight every session for three days a week.  Read this to learn more:  https://1lessonselfdefense.files.wordpress.com/2012/07/starting-over-strength-program-for-clients.pdf

That is it!  These are the three ways to Fast Track your Man Training.  Commit to this new goal for 90 days and do not let anything get in your way.  I challenge you to stick to it for 90 days!

My thoughts on the “Batman” shootings. A culture of passive victims.

WHY DID NO ONE FIGHT BACK?

When the govt. becomes your mommy and daddy people quit being responsible for their own lives and actions.

 (From Coach David of 1LessonSelfDefense.com:  If you compare the “Batman” theater shooting and also the massacre in Norway one year ago (Norway to Mark Year Since Massacreto the internet café shooting in Florida recently, what was the difference?  What was the outcome?  The older gentleman in the internet café had his own gun and used it to take out the two punks that stormed in with weapons drawn and told everybody to get down.  What could have happened if the guy did not decide to defend his own life?  By this man deciding, NOT TO BE A VICTIM, he not only saved himself, but in the process, probably saved a dozen people.  Is the difference that the gentleman in the internet cafe’ was 71 years old compared to the younger ages of the Norway Massacre and the “Batman” theater shootings?  What do you think?  I would imagine that the older gentleman grew up with a sense of responsibility of not waiting for others to take care of him.  Before anyone points out the obvious, I was not in the theater, so I don’t know if anybody tried to fight back, but didn’t make it.  Only time will tell, what really happened.

(NaturalNews) One of the most shocking realization emerging from the James Holmes Batman movie shooting rampage in Aurora, Colorado is the fact that nobody apparently tried to stop the shooter. This is absolutely baffling. Out of at least 70 moviegoers (and maybe more, as numbers remain sketchy at the moment), it appears that nobody tried to tackle him to the ground, shoot back with their own gun, or even fight back in any way whatsoever. The accounts of witnesses are those of people fleeing, ducking and screaming… but not fighting for their lives.

It occurs to me that maybe I’m different from most Americans today in the fact that I am willing to fight back. For some reason, that seems to be a rarity these days. Too many people have bought into learned helplessness, where they depend on the government to take care of them, keep them safe and solve all their problems.

Once you outsource your personal security to the government — usually by having no defense skills and hoping 911 will respond quickly — you make yourself an easy victim for violent criminals.

The true path to personal safety and security is to learn how to protect yourself and your loved ones. There are many ways to do that, from basic hand-to-hand combat and martial arts skills to learning proficiency in the “American martial art” of hand-gunning. I’ve personally trained with numerous instructors who could have taken Holmes out from 20 – 30 meters away with a single shot to the head, with about 90% accuracy even under pressure. There are lots of proficient firearms owners across America, and a great many of them are carrying those weapons into movie theaters, shopping malls, retail stores and even at the airport. Why was no one carrying a concealed weapon at the Batman movie theater in Aurora? I have no idea.

Americans, it turns out, are easy to terrorize. They’re easy to freeze into a state of fear-based non-action. That fear can and will be used against them, again and again. Look at the post 9/11 effort to crush freedom and destroy the Bill of Rights. It succeeded because Americans were terrorized and willing to give up all their liberties for the false promise of a little security.

The police cannot protect you!

This is concerning for lots of reasons beyond the Batman shooting. It means the population is just cannon fodder for armed gangs of looters when the next collapse comes, and the debt spending of the U.S. government absolutely guarantees a financial collapse is just around the corner. (It’s only a matter of time.)

It’s beginning to look more and more like only those of us who have the natural instinct to fight back — and who are willing to acquire fundamental skills of personal defense — will be left standing in the long run. Even those of us who have such skills will need to be both well practiced and, to some extent, lucky. But luck has a way of bending your way when you’re prepared, I’ve noticed.

I hope YOU, the readers, are among those of us who are survivors. We need more good people to survive and help lead our nation into a future of liberty, abundance and lasting health. We need more good people to survive social unrest, the aftermath of natural disasters, the coming economic collapse, food shortages, roving bands of armed gangs and so on. If anything, right now is a time for more people to go out and get trained on personal defense, whether that’s with martial arts, rape prevention classes, or even quality firearms training.

It should hopefully be obvious at this point that the police cannot protect you. Calling 911 is about as useless as crossing your fingers and hoping you won’t die. And that’s even if 911 answers, because 911 services are easily taken offline even by wind storms (as we saw recently in Washington D.C.). If you cannot protect yourself and your family, you’re not ready for what’s coming, I believe. Get prepared. Get some skills. Practice to the point of proficiency. Decide to survive rather than surrendering to violence.

Much of this, after all, is simply a mental decision. I have no idea why that mental decision did not take place inside the Batman movie theater, but I know that you and I can make that decision right now — the decision to SURVIVE — and we can move forward in life with the strength and power of sticking with that decision.
